Executive Vice President, Chief Product and Technology Officer

Luciano Ramos is the Executive Vice President and Chief Product and Technology Officer at Optimum. In this role, he leads the company's end-to-end technology and product strategy, overseeing all Technology, Product Management, Product Development, Network Operations, and Information Technology. Mr. Ramos drives innovation across engineering, digital platforms, technical project management, IT, cybersecurity, and network operations – all with a focus on delivering exceptional products, services, and customer experiences.

Mr. Ramos joined Optimum in March 2023, following his leadership of the Network Engineering & Technology Development group at Rogers Communications, Canada’s largest wireless and wireline telecom provider. Prior to that, he spent over two decades spearheading technology and product teams across Latin America, holding senior roles at Liberty Global, Liberty Latin America, Cable & Wireless Communications, and Columbus Communications.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ramos has built a reputation for leading transformative initiatives in the telecommunications sector. He combines a passion for innovation with deep global expertise, successfully building and empowering high-performing teams across diverse regions and cultures.

Mr. Ramos holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
